If you have been unfortunate and left some property in one of our vehicles please fill in the lost property form.
Where as we don't take liability or responsibility for any lost property, we will contact the driver and make all efforts to trace, recover and return any found items.
Lost property is NOT handed in to the office, it will stay with the driver until the owner is found or handed into the local police station.
Our lost property department rules are in accordance with our license requirements, and are covered by GDPR.
"If any property accidentally left therein by any person who may have been conveyed in the vehicle is found by or handed to the licence holder they must report it to the Operator. If the item is of significant value it must be taken to the nearest police station situated in the Borough."
